BLIZZARD OF 2016 (D.C. EDITION)
I stepped out on my balcony earlier this afternoon and recorded this snippet.
BLIZZARD WATCH ANNOUNCED
Well, it looks as if stormy weather is on its way to D.C. There were some sprinkles yesterday, and a bit of accumulation on the ground, but the main event begins tomorrow and continues through Saturday and the wee hours of Sunday. In a town renowned for hyperbolic forecasts, this storm is shaping up to be the real deal. To be truly historic, 28 inches need to fall: 18-24 inches are predicted.
Snowmageddon and Snowpocalypse are already taken. Snowghazi has been suggested.
