Westminster Presbyterian Church (400 I Street, SW; 202-484-7700) will host a memorial service for ANC Commissioner Ron McBee on Monday, November 11 (Veterans Day)  at 11 a.m. A potluck repast will follow the service downstairs.

Under the headline “Southwest Loses its Mayor,” The Southwester (November 2013) devoted its front page above the fold and inside front page to Ron and his work.  The November edition of the Hill Rag also published a tribute to Ron (p. 70).
